Bug Description
Curretly, this feature simply does not exist, unless you count the buggy keyboard implementation. Please add the feature to snap windows to the bottom left and right and upper left and right corners via the mouse alone. Currently, if you manually install compiz settings, you can map the keyboard out to do this. Windows 10 and Ubuntu MATE and possibly other distros/desktop environments allow this snap behavior. Why not Ubuntu with GNOME?
Running Ubuntu 19.04 amd64. CCSM version 1:0.9.14.
