IDL: Class bre has link to non-existent class mrd

The bre class for biblio.record_entry in the fm_IDL.xml still has two links to the removed class mrd.

These links for fixed_fields and language should be updated to point to the new classes or removed.

Note: I am not certain what the class(es) should be at this time. I only noticed this because I was looking at updating an old script that used mrd in a lookup and thought I'd check if mrd still existed in the IDL. It doesn't exist, but bre still has these two link listed in master.

I was searching for class="mrd" when I should have been looking for id="mrd".
