Feature need: Submit additional category logs to particular bug#

Sometimes QAs report bugs with one category but QAs may need upload additional logs to the bug for debugging purpose.

We would like to have feature that able to submit additional logs to particular Bug#.

This would be useful if a bug has been created already (by hand or using another tool), but we want to generate and attach sosreport or checkbox/fwts related logs.

The function may like
#1 "qabro submit-logs --category [] --bug [Bug no.]"

#2 "qabro submit-logs --bug [Bug no.] then pop-up category to select

#3 pop-up menu for select issue category and input bug no. in somewhere

if that bug no. doesn't exist please have a mechanism to asking again.
