Having the Same issue here Bug confirmed (flickrnet.dll does not exist) Can not update.

I can confirm this bug on Hardy Alpha install.

Same problem for me, running on AMD64. "assembly /usr/share/cli-common/policies.d/libflickrnet2.1.5-cil/policy.2.1.FlickrNet.dll does not exist" is preventing updates and other packages from being added (including one possible fix for the Flash issue on AMD64).
Does anybody know where to find policy.2.1.FlickrNet.dll or any other workaround?

Save the attachment to /usr/share/cli-common/policies.d/libflickrnet2.1.5-cil/
Sudo mv policy.2.1.FlickrNet.dll /usr/share/cli-common/policies.d/libflickrnet2.1.5-cil/

(mv/cp)

Be thankful to "fork" for the solution.
