Nova network is deprecated should be removed from README

Currently, Devstack deprecated n-net so the deployment fails when following the steps on the README.md. [1]

We should try to update the README.md with valid instructions or just remote 'n-net' from the local.conf.

In addition. I would be nice if we add the 'c-bak' to the example.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/cinder-tempest-plugin train-last release.

The fix (https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/cinder-tempest-plugin/+/783079) was released with 1.5.0 (train-last), but for some reason the automation didn't close the ticket. Closing.
