After backport of linux upstream commit b84bbaf7a6c8 ("packet: in packet_snd start writing at link layer allocation") (https://kernel.ubuntu.com/git/ubuntu/ubuntu-bionic.git/commit/?id=c6026847a0a1) the following upstream patch is missing :
