Bug Description

As described above. I started to copy some files on some USB-Sticks. The dash-icon has been animated. I had to leave my laptop for a second so I locked the sreen. After unlocking the animation of the icon has been no longer there although the copy process was not yet complete. I will attach a screenshot which shows the problem.
