Cover Window cannot be closed

Bug Description

If you open the cover art window with no cover, it is not possible to close it afterwards.
This is a critical bug, because you cannot use the Mixxx GUI anymore in this state.

2.2.0 is also effected, not 2.1.8 even not compiled with qt5.

wouldn't say it's critical as the GUI is still accessible, you just need to drag the cover window out of the way.
When another track with a cover is loaded, open that cover and everything is back to normal.
