Bug Description

Update PCB from schematic need to be hit twice to work fully. At first hit it just associate the foottrints, just at the second one it associate the nets.

To reproduce:
1) Open a project with schematic and pcb files (and some components at both);
2) Add new component at Eeschema;
3) Hit F8 to synchronize it;
4) The new packages/parts appear at Pcbw new but without any connections (NETs).
5) Hit F8 second time;
6) Now the connections are made;
7) Sometimes is also need to restart Eschema+Pcbnew between steps 4 and 5.

Also, after delete some component at Eeschema and sync, all NETs are deleted at Pcbnew, needing twice sync again.

@Hildo- I can no longer recreate this using v5.1. If you are still having the same issue, can you attach or send the project?

It this commit already present at today Nigthly? (201904082302+d88df89~82~ubuntu16.04.1)

Because here, after the today Linux update, I am facing a new problem: the "Update PCB from schematic" is accessible by Pcbnew but, clicking (or pressing F8) on Eschema, does really nothing.

I just committed the fix: it will be later in nightly.

F8 works for me, if Pcbnew is already open.

Yes, PCBnew have to be opened to attend the synchronization calling on Eeschema. But, if I call from Pcbnew, Eschema is automatically open.
Should this behavior be the same?
