Mouse events are not correctly read

Bug Description
This is probably a termkey bug; mouse events also generate text events, and the xterm driver for some reason does not even completely fill out the (*key).code.mouse array. I replicated this with just a regular xterm install (XTerm(344)), and the basic demo example.
It can be easier to see if you add tickit_debug_logfs on key and mouse events, to print out the characters so that you can see the entire process. At a cursory look, it appears that the back half of the CSI sequence is not captured in the case of xterm, and in another terminal (st) nothing was captured (although the array was filled out with correct information).
