Bug Description

When I tried to run: $ source vars or $ sudo source vars I get an error: source: command not found

I have Ubuntu 18.10 desktop installed installed? Perhaps I need to install server packages?

OK I found the solution at https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/202332/sudo-source-command-not-found/202334 but it gave another problem:

$ sudo -s source vars
You appear to be sourcing an Easy-RSA 'vars' file.
This is no longer necessary and is disallowed. See the section called
'How to use this file' near the top comments for more details.

The easy rsa documentation in this guide is outdated and should be updated. Many of the commands after source vars are not available and should be converted to ./easyrsa commands. Even the configuration data in /etc/openvpn/easy-rsa/vars is incorrect / outdated. In its current state, the Ubuntu guide will not work with 18.04. I have been working off 3rd party guides like: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-an-openvpn-server-on-ubuntu-18-04
