Footprint Editor-editing pad in inch change Corner size to 50%

Edit any pad with "Shape - Rounded Rectangle" - when units is set to inch.
After opening the edit dialog "Corner size" is always set to 50%

This could accidentally cause pads intended to be rounded rectangle to become circular.
