Bug Description

When specifying ssl endpoints in the openstack charms, the charms don't create dns records in maas. This leads to users have to manually create dns records after the deployment is up. The charms have info on the public, admin, internal network and should be able to create dnsresources.

The charms don't have any kind of MAAS API access so that would be a difficult thing to achieve

Historically, the hacluster charm has been a bit of a special snowflake in that regards, simply as a matter of convenience. I doubt that we'd want to tie the TLS record creation to the hacluster charm.

Ashley, could you elaborate on what these DNS resources would be needed for? The charms do, currently, add their IPs to the SANs on the created certificates.
