Bug Description

The menu for Nemo file manager preferences is not available with or without the global menu enabled.The menu was visible two days ago.

Press the Alt key or right-click the toolbar should display the menu

The Alt key displays the full menu. Right clicking the toolbar does nothing. Thanks!
