Bug Description

Using plasma window manager in Ubuntu 14.04 using kde 4.0
After a lentgthy plasma configuration, it comes to a step that all that work goes to waste and have to start all over again.
Always reproducible.
Symptom is that in plasma desktop, although mouse is operational, evrything else freezes and becomes unresposive. Can still switch to a terminal console <ctrl>-<alt>-F1-6 and restart system.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to System Settings -> Workspace Appearance -> Window Decorations
2) Choose plastic or any other decoration that use the aurora style

Workaround:
Offending configuration is in ~/.kde/share/config/kwinrc. Go to section [Style] and remove the:
PluginLib=kwin3_aurorae
Plasma desktop is working again:)

Please fix aurora style.

affects: tripleo → plasmashell
