Bug Description

Issue with GCC>6 and cppunit 1.14, see upstream repository issue and accepted patch: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122639

It is quite easy to fix it by hand on every system, but it would be nice to just have it fixed here.

this was naturally fixed with the flow when 1.15 was imported.

Of course, the newer version pulled the fix (of my colleague) from upstream. But this was definitively a topic of backporting it to 1.14 for bionic !!! Would have saved a lot of manual tweaking and confusion.
