Same here.
Looks like ia32-libs needs libselinux.so.1 and possibly libpixman-1.so.0 .... this bug is very similar to one fixed last month (LP: #176653).

To be precise: libselinux.so.1, libpixman-1.so.0.9.6 (and its symlink), and libsepol.so.1 would need to be included in ia32-libs.

This is actually one package of many affected by my previous comment. This bug can be closed when LP #177869 is resolved. I'm guessing a new ia32-libs version will be out as soon as all of the 100mb+ in source is compiled.
