Bug Description

Should be easy, there are no Ubuntu changes, just the import of the latest Debian version is missing.

This is mostly a rollup release replacing accumulated Debian patches with a new upstream version collecting all fixes that have piled up in the last year or so, thus of priority nice-to-have and more easily supportable.

---------------
mksh (57-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * The “basta!” upload
  * Update to latest upstream release:
    - [tg] Fix MKSH_EARLY_LOCALE_TRACKING warning
    - [tg] Document that, when your Unix is broken, GIGO applies (LP#1817959)
    - [tg] Improve error message for inaccessible executables (LP#1817789)
  * Eliminate all local patches thusly
