Bug Description

Windows 10, Hugin 2019.0 Beta 2

I have pictures in the directory c:\Users\FDV_Common\Downloads\$\$$. I optimized my pictures and saved the pto as Pano.pto in the same directoty, but when I try to assemble, I get the following error:
Could not open project file:c:\Users\FDV_Common\Downloads$$$\Pano.pto

Note that the "\" before the $ seem to have been removed.

Using Hugin_sttch_project, the panorama gets assembled correctly
