Bug Description
Evergreen 3.3
The title, author, etc. links in search results in the Angular staff catalog do not act like standard browser <a> links because they operate via onclick handlers with no hrefs (or routerLinks). This makes it impossible for staff to open titles in new browser tabs, which is a critical work flow.

https:/ /git.evergreen- ils.org/ ?p=working/ Evergreen. git;a=shortlog; h=refs/ heads/user/ berick/ lp1819745- ang-catalog- title-links
This makes the title, title-link- by-jacket- image, author search, and facet filter links behave like control-click'able (etc.) URLs instead simple click handlers.
