Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 19.04
2. Open Nautilus
3. Navigate to /usr/share/
4. Try to click on some application icon to launch it
Expected results:
1. Application icons are shown
2. User can launch application by clicking on its icon
Actual results:
1. Application icons are not shown
2. The *.desktop file is opened in Gedit instead of launching.
