Make sort order in Angular grids sticky

Bug Description

A "nice to have"

In the new Angular grids, it would be nice if it was either sticky or part of the column config to remember your sorting order. For example, in EDI Messages it automatically sorts everything from oldest->newest, so I always need to resort the list so I can see the newest messages. It'd be nice if it would remember that's the way that I want the list sorted.

Actually, looking at it closer, I really can't tell what it's sorting by. I just assumed, because the entries that are always at the top start in 2015. But looking closer they're really not in date order either. Anyway, original request still stands, I just can't tell what it's naturally sorting by.

There's currently no default sort on the EDI message grid. This is likely true of the other Angular admin UI's.

+1 to saving the last sort used. There's already a slot for this data in the grid settings object that's stored as a workstation setting.

Related, note some local-sort improvements have been added to bug #1818288. Others may be required.

Noting that we have also had some feedback on this regarding searching for POs.
