Bug Description
In case you use the haproxy with an external_fqdn over https you end up with a ssl verify error.
The reason is that self-signed certificate is not distributed to the heat containers, but heat uses the public api url.
It seems we have the same here:
https:/
Heat is not usable due to this "bug".
