Bug Description

WHen installing elementary-icon-theme, receive the message:

gtk-update-icon-cache: The generated cache was invalid.
WARNING: icon cache generation failed for /usr/share/icons/elementary

I believe this is because there is a folder with a space in the name:

root@howard:/usr/share/icons/elementary# find ./ -name "* *"
./status/48/untitled folder

After removing that directory, the cache is created successfully:
root@howard:/usr/share/icons/elementary# rm -rf "./status/48/untitled folder"
root@howard:/usr/share/icons/elementary# gtk-update-icon-cache /usr/share/icons/elementary
gtk-update-icon-cache: Cache file created successfully.
