add cc approval code as a display column

Wishlist request - add cc approval code as a display column on the Bill History -> Payment tab

When you enter "Approval Code" for a credit card transaction, it is not possible to find this code again without running a report? We can't seem to find it in the patron UI

We use this code in the case of issuing a refund. It's not practical to run a report in the process of trying to issue a refund.

Asking a naive question as somebody who knows nothing about credit card processing: do these approval codes need any specific privacy protections? Or is it okay for them to have the same visibility/permissions as the rest of the payment info?
