qBittorrent uses more bandwidth than defined (overhead)

Bug Description

qBittorrent seems to not report all of the bandwidth it's using. I have the upload speed set at 5K, but conky and a couple of other network monitors report it as 15K, with qBittorrent being the only thing running. Anything over 10K saturates the connection, making it slow.

qBittorrent reports upload/download speeds without taking into account overhead data. It simply displays the amount of "interesting" data being transfered. This is a choice, why is that a problem?

In qBittorrent v2.2.0, you are able the change this behavior from advanced preferences. It is called "Include TCP/IP overhead in transfer limits".
