Bug Description

Binary package hint: when

Issuing the command '$when -e' to start the editor to edit events in the calender gives the error message 'Option editor requires an argument' even though the option referred to is correctly set up in the preferences file ~/.when/preferences
e.g. editor = emacs -nw

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?

I just tried it under 8.10.

The same error still occurs.

Hi

Please note: the right command for starting the editor is 'when e' not 'when -e'. I think this bug report can be closed. The error about prototype mismatch should either not appear anymore.

Could you confirm that?
