Clicking unset in gnome-control-center applications tab doesn't refresh

Hello,

When I try to unset a Default Handler of an application in gnome-control-center, it removes the item but doesn't update the screen. I have to click another application and back to that application to see the results.

I expect that it will update the screen and remove the item that I unset.
