Bug Description

I do not know which package is causing the problem, so I assigned it to "kubuntu-desktop".
It is a problem that has been repeating for a long time (kubuntu 18.04, 18.10 and 19.04), every time I update (I do not know exactly which package causes the problem) when I click on "restart" or "switch off" the "ksmserver-logout-greeter" "crashes, so to reboot or shut down I have to type from the terminal: sudo systemctl reboot.
Trying to start "plasma-discover" crashes as well.
I enclose all the logs that created the error reporting software.

I think this problem started happening for me after adding the repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa and installing the packages nvidia-driver-440 libnvidia-gl-440 libnvidia-gl-440:i386 libvulkan1 libvulkan1:i386. Here's the generated crash information:

Application: ksmserver-logout-greeter (ksmserver-logout-greeter), signal: Aborted

Correction: I think it was when I updated those packages or their dependencies (not installed) and didn't reboot. A reboot fixed the issue.

The packages containing debug information for the following application and libraries are missing:

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/ksmserver-logout-greeter
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5XcbQpa.so.5
/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Core.so.5
