Bug Description

Hugin 2019.0.0.6a79af4e19b6 built by Niklas Mischkulnig

When a Hugin project has multiple stacks and the top listed stack comprises only one image then the "Select All" function for a parameter does not select the applicable parameter check boxes for the top listed stack's image. This is typically desired when the desired geometric optimization is to align adjacent images using only the X,Y,Z parameters where the image with the unselected parameters functions as the anchor image.

The above mentioned behavior does not happen when the top listed stack comprises more than one image. In that situation the "Select All" does literally select all the applicable parameter check boxes, including the check boxes for the top listed stack.

Perhaps this behavior is as intended but does seem inconsistent to me. I would prefer the behavior to not select the top listed stack's parameters.

Fixed in repository.
Select all should select all position parameters *except* the one of the anchor. (This has not be the first image. It can also be any other image.) The code takes now also linked parameters into account. So it should be now consistent.
