tripleo-build-containers: use quickstart to collect logs

For tripleo-build-containers jobs, it would be nice to use tripleo-quickstart-extras to collect logs on the host after the job finish.

It would help to get a bunch of logs useful for debug, and also drop our custom log collection we run in post now.

It would not be nice because it adds a whole bunch of extra time and stuff to this job that aren't really necessary. This feels like feature creep
