Logrotate Problem after install of ClamAV

Bug Description

After I installed ClamAV using synaptic is see the following logrotate error message. This is on a
Kunbuntu Hoary fresh/clean install.

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
/tmp/logrotate.IRCb1N: line 4: /etc/init.d/clamav-daemon: No such file or directory
error: error running postrotate script
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1

I am now using a clean install of Dapper and do not see the above problem.
