Bug Description

Got error
error removing intramfs-tools
Post installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1
E:Sub-process /usr/bin/bin/dpkg retuned an error code [1]
The following packages are in a broken state

[None listed!!!]

Subsequent booting returns a panic message indicating Root= is wrong.

Will drop back to installing 16.04 or 17.04 [if it exists]
