Schematic Sheet Properties tab order

The tab order in "Schematic Sheet Properties" dialog could (should) be improved.

Current order is "File name" -> "Text size" -> "Sheet name" -> "Text size"

as I don't find myself changing text size at all I propose the order should be

Current order is "File name" -> "Sheet name" -> "Text size" -> "Text size"

Also "File name" filed should be selected by default when dialog is opened to behave the same as other fields.
