Bug Description
I would like to include a c-format string in a gettext/xml file but can see no way of doing so. In fact, intltool-extract explicitly sets no-c-format if a % appears in the string.
We can use a post-processing script but it would be nice to set it in the source file, perhaps by using a 'flags' attribute. Integration with plurals would also be nice!
