Button-next shown on last tab

On page Admin->Network->Networks:

1.Click "Create Network" button;
2.Fill information correctly under first and second tab;
3.Fill incorrect info under "Subnet Details" tab.
4.Submit.

Now we will find the "Next>>" button, instead of "Create" button. And could not submit the form.

I cannot reproduce the bug.

I went to Admin->Network->Networks and followed the instructions in the bug report. I input "foo" (invalid data) in "Allocation Pools" textarea.

After I clicked "Create" button, the form is displayed (I think this is expected).

The first tab (Network) is focused. The third tab "Subnet Details" contains an error, so I guess you thought "Next" button is shown instead of "Create" button. When I visit the third tab, I saw "Create" button.

I found that the physical_network and segmentation_id field filled with a value under first tab, could reproduce the case. Maybe the required class on page for field made your solution.
