[feature] Able to Acquire from Deployed State

Our deployment lifecycle process goes something like this:

1) Acquire Machine
2) Configure network interfaces, hostname, etc.
3) Deploy
4) Release
5) Restore network interfaces, hostname, etc.

The problem is during multiple requests coming in asynchronously, where just as the first deploy executes Release (step 4), a second deploy begins an Acquire and happens to Acquire the same machine from the first deploy, _but before the first deploy has finished step 5_!

One solution could be if a Deployed machine can go straight to Allocated, without ever releasing it.

Great idea. Can you re-post this to https://discourse.maas.io/c/features/15? That's where we capture our feature requests. I'm going to invalidate this one, since it isn't an actual bug.
