Bug Description

In my Ubuntu Hoary installation, I cannot edit the toolbars in any obvious way.
 The help documentation in the abiword-doc package and on abisource.com
indicates that there should be a "toolbar" tab in the edit->preferences dialog,
but mine only has the three other tabs normally present in this dialog.

I only have one installation at present, so I am not sure if this relates just
to my installation of Abiword, or if this is "normal" bad behaviour.

marking rejected, upstream stopped to do toolbar edition which deprecate the point about the consistency between the documentation and the menu
