Bug Description
The recording form on Mixxx in Windows is unusable: the bitrate options overlap each other in the upper left corner and cannot be unselected once picked. Pretty sure this is a glitch and not the intended layout.

Strange, I could confirm it on the first start after installation on windows 10.
However, it is gone in after the second start.
I can also not confirm this on Ubuntu Xenial with the latest 2.2.1-rc1
