Bug Description
It is about time that that we get an integrated watch command for juju status. It is silly that everyone needs to add their own aliases. Even during Canonical workshops demoing Juju, they have to explain to new users their custom aliases for `watch --color juju status --color".
If it should be default or not, I don't know, but at least add the option.

Will this break portability? Juju's CLI can be run outside of Linux environments where watch(1) may not be available. Perhaps procps has been reimplemented in Go..?
