Nagasai, I hadn't tried internal TLS in standalone. Did you add that on purpose? what did you mean to deploy?

Yes, I'm trying to deploy standalone UC with TLS enabled to verify the patches I'm looking at. But after running the above command I'm hitting that issue.

Do you need external TLS or TLS everywhere?
