Open file with transparency at Bitmap to Component Converter create a black background, the same behavior was found (and already fix at Eeschema template https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/+bug/1809845 and Bitmap import https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/+bug/1814893).
The issue should again be related with the 8 MSB of the ARGB 32bits word.
