The test mocks up its own bib records and the occasional failure is a race condition between ingest populating metabib.metarecord and the invocation of asset.merge_record_assets.

The easiest fix would be to move the test from t/ to live_t/, remove the ROLLBACK and place a COMMIT before the merge.
