gnome-remote-desktop package useless until mutter is recompiled with pipewire support

Bug Description

Until the pipewire MIR is approved (LP: #1802533), we can't build mutter with pipewire support.

Until that happens, the gnome-remote-desktop package does not work.

So let's not let gnome-remote-desktop into a Ubuntu release until that happens.

gnome-remote-desktop has a comment in its debian/control.in description explaining that it doesn't work in Ubuntu so please remove that comment before closing this bug.

This bug has been open for over a year, and evidently did not stop gnome-remote-desktop 0.1.7-1 from reaching the release pocket in eoan and later, for whatever reason. Is there really a reason to keep this open? I'd rather we not leave this package lingering in -proposed indefinitely.

It's still right. I'm going to remove 0.1.7-1 from groovy now. We could remove g-r-d from the archive altogether if that's required for some reason. Personally I like it as a reminder to bring it back (there's a link to this issue) when we can.

We now have pipewire 0.3 in Ubuntu, and so for the 21.04 cycle we will finally be able to build mutter with the requisite support (barring MIRs).

Since this will be finally resolved through bug 1802614 let us mark it as a dup now to have one less to forget to close.
