Bug Description

I tried following command instructions to install and use vsftpd for file transfers. The download process ran smoothly and it was running. But, after I rebooted my laptop I received an error message that the vsftpd package failed

Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as Incomplete.
