Master periodic centos 7 container build job got failed with following errors:

Need to check the mirror config why this package is not available.

It's pulling rabbitmq from epel repo. Note that enabling epel in RDO deployments is not tested or supported or recommended and can lead to undesired results. Also it's not testing what has been tested in RDO deps.
