Bug Description

This is an idea from https://code.launchpad.net/~widelands-dev/widelands/bug-1811583-desync-with-territorial/+merge/362272

If there is a lua method to distinguish between single and multiplayer mode, this can be used to switch the code depending on the mode. See here for an example:
