no bash completion for svn merge options

Bug Description

For most svn commands (e.g. svn checkout) I can type "svn checkout -<TAB>" to get bash completions for all the options that apply to svn checkout.

For svn merge this does not seem to work: if I type "svn merge -<TAB>" then no completions are displayed, even though there are plenty of options that apply.
