Please sync libjgroups-java 2.6.1-1 (multiverse) from Debian (non-free)

Bug Description

The package oscache in Hardy needs it to build. It currently doesn't exist in Hardy, because the DIF was stopped before.

libjgroups-java (2.6.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * new upstream release
   * Fix debian/watch to support the new upstream version.
   * Run testsuite during build process.
   * Change Standards-Version: 3.7.3.
