Bug Description
WE have Silva content that is loaded within a frameset. It is possible to open links within SilvaDocuments in a new window, a named target, or the same window. BUT, when in a frameset the "same window" is the frame, not the window. While this in itself can be annoying, if the linked content is an office document and the browser loads it embedded, it is embedded within the frame.
In IE6, this embedded content does not print correctly.
If the Silva Link tool also had the following targets '_top' and '_parent', these office doc links could use either of those targets and printing will work.

One can add a custom target today. But if you think it's better to add 'top' and 'parent' to the current list go ahead. Then the list would become:
same window
new window
parent
top
custom target
